Sri Ramakrishna Sharadashrama has been providing uninterrupted medical services to the people of Kodagu (Coorg) for over 80 years through its Charitable Hospital. Equipped with modern facilities and a dedicated team of doctors, house surgeons, nurses, and staff, the hospital caters to the medical needs of the community. In 2004, the Ashrama expanded its healthcare services by establishing the Vivekananda Arogya Dhama, a Naturopathy Wellness Center. With a serene, silent, and spiritual ambiance, the center offers various naturopathy treatments and therapies, guided by a team of experienced doctors, therapists, and staff. Both the hospital and wellness center aim to provide holistic healthcare services to enhance the well-being of individuals.

Sri Ramakrishna Sharadashrama believes in the importance of extending support during times of crises and disasters. The Ashrama has actively engaged in distributing relief materials and providing assistance to those in need. During the Covid pandemic and the devastating Kodagu floods, relief efforts were carried out, benefiting around 20,000 families. Provisions and cooked food were provided to ensure basic necessities were met. Additionally, the Ashrama facilitated the installation of solar water heaters and the construction of a community hall, creating a more sustainable and resilient environment for the affected communities.
